Executive Producer, Executive Communications (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; offices are available in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin, and Seoul.

Salary: USD 165,000–210,000 base in California, New York, and Washington; USD 150,000–190,000 base in other US states; CAD 215,000–270,000 base in Canada. Equity is offered.

What you will do

• Build and execute the strategic narrative across executive thought leadership, policy storytelling, and corporate storytelling.
• Partner with the VP of Global Communications, C-suite leaders, VPs, and Marketing on narrative architecture and content strategy.
• Create video, podcast, and in-house production content for executive and company channels.
• Build production capabilities, including stage-capture systems, content atomization workflows, and freelance crew networks.
• Develop playbooks for regulatory milestones, product launches, customer wins, IPO milestones, and major events.
• Use Cohere products to build AI-enabled transcript-to-asset pipelines, executive preparation automation, and narrative consistency workflows.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience building executive and corporate narratives from ideation through execution.
• Experience creating production workflows from scratch, including stage-capture systems and content atomization pipelines.
• Experience in a fast-paced broadcast television environment.
• Strong executive relationship-building, strategic communications, content production, and storytelling skills.
• Strong organization, project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and adapt content strategies using performance data.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth technology or AI environment.
• Familiarity with Cohere products such as Command, North, Embed, and Rerank.
