Location: Hybrid role based in the Czech Republic, Belgium, Italy, France, Spain, or Germany

Salary: Czech Republic CZK 1,501,100–2,030,900 gross annually; Germany EUR 100,300–135,700 gross annually; Belgium EUR 101,830–137,770 gross annually; France EUR 76,840–103,960 gross annually; Italy EUR 71,665–96,945 gross annually.

What you will do

• Execute the EMEA communications strategy for the Electrophysiology and Neuro business units, aligned with growth priorities and key milestones.
• Translate business priorities into clear and compelling communication campaigns.
• Deliver integrated communications across media, executive, internal, and digital channels.
• Own communication channel management, including internal platforms, distribution lists, and newsletters.
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs, Media Relations, local agencies, and freelancers to coordinate campaigns and approvals.
• Use data, insights, and global reports to improve communication effectiveness and accelerate execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs.
• Experience supporting commercial businesses, preferably in healthcare, MedTech, or other regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA region and its market nuances.
• Strong writing, storytelling, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong IT familiarity and willingness to learn new systems for content creation, publishing, and distribution.

Nice to have

• Experience with branding, brand reputation management, employer branding, and integrated marketing communications.
• Experience with communications measurement, risk assessments, and working in matrixed organizations.
