Location: Paris and Issy-les-Moulineaux, France; full-time hybrid

What you will do

• Lead the integrated Communications & Public Affairs strategy for France, aligned with business, commercial, and reputational priorities.
• Protect and enhance corporate reputation through digital, social, earned-media, paid-media, issue, and crisis communications.
• Set communications priorities for Oncology, Immunology, and Neuroscience therapeutic areas, including pre-launch, launch, post-launch, data, and regulatory milestones.
• Lead public affairs planning and stakeholder activation to support patient access and policy priorities.
• Advise the France Managing Director and lead executive, employee, leadership-event, and market-wide internal communications.
• Lead, coach, and develop the France CPA team while contributing to EMEA and global leadership initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in a similar corporate affairs or communications role, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Proven experience with innovative medicine launches, public affairs, media engagement, integrated external communications, global-to-local strategy activation, and issue management.
• Strong senior-level strategic thinking, stakeholder relationship-building, influencing, and team leadership skills.
• Experience working in an evolving matrix organization and managing resources across global, regional, and market teams.
• University degree in communications, journalism, political science, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• Fluency in French and English is imperative. Understanding of AI concepts, responsible AI practices, and effective prompting is required.
