Director of Communication (MedTech)

What you will do

• Own the global brand identity, content strategy, and communications standards across regions.
• Lead the website, Digital Asset Management platform, global social media, and B2B/B2C digital marketing campaigns.
• Oversee sales collateral, including brochures, data sheets, and guides.
• Design and manage training programs, clinical education content, and the global LMS.
• Lead PR, public affairs, KOL and speaker programs, and internal communications.
• Manage, mentor, and grow the communications and marketing team while coordinating with regional marketing, product, and sales.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing communications and content creation, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with the ability to communicate with global stakeholders.
• Experience developing global marketing communication strategies and managing content across multiple geographies.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Exposure to dental, medical, or healthcare industries.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
