Senior Test Data Manager

Location: Warsaw or Gdańsk (Tricity), Poland; hybrid work with 2–3 days in the office and approximately 50% remote work

Rate: up to 145 PLN/h net

What you will do

• Define and implement the test data strategy, governance model, ownership structure, and operating framework.
• Create policies for data provisioning, masking, retention, and refresh cycles, including KPIs and reporting.
• Assess existing test data processes, tools, responsibilities, risks, dependencies, and critical business journeys.
• Design the target TDM operating model and self-service capabilities across Agile Release Trains and teams.
• Define automated test data provisioning and integrate TDM with CI/CD pipelines for on-demand generation and refresh.
• Lead proof-of-concept, pilot, rollout, and adoption activities across the program.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in testing, QA, or data management.
• Proven experience establishing enterprise Test Data Management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of TDM processes, data masking and anonymization, GDPR and regulatory compliance, end-to-end testing, test automation, AI utilization, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/DevOps delivery models.
• Practical knowledge of Web Services Testing, SOAP, SOA Testing, Jenkins, Mobile Performance Testing, and mainframe systems.
• Experience managing test data across multiple applications, integrated platforms, and distributed teams.
• English at B2 level or higher; B2B cooperation model.

Nice to have

• Banking, mortgage, or financial services domain knowledge.
• Experience with customer onboarding or Home Journey processes.
• Familiarity with Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software TDM, Informatica TDM, Broadcom TDM, or other synthetic data generation tools.
