Location: Poland; the recruitment process includes on-site interviews in Kraków.
Estimated hourly pay range: 95–345 PLN per hour.

What you will do
- Develop tools for fleet-health analysis, device monitoring, alerting, and field configuration management.
- Analyze large volumes of telemetry and operational data using Querybook, Grafana, and AWS Athena.
- Analyze automated HIL regression results, run release-build tests, and perform remaining manual checks.
- Create proofs of concept for test automation and implement reliable tests in the regression suite.
- Expand regression coverage based on fleet-health analysis and customer-reported issues.
- Collaborate with embedded, backend, hardware, and QA automation engineers to improve release quality and device reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software QA, release engineering, or testing physical or embedded devices.
- Experience designing test strategies and automated regression and end-to-end test cases.
- Good knowledge of Python, CI/CD, Linux, networking, and databases.
- Understanding of hardware/software interactions and troubleshooting physical devices.
- Experience automating manual QA processes and converting proofs of concept into regression tests.
- Ability to identify, reproduce, investigate, and clearly report issues.
Nice to have
- Release validation, fleet-health monitoring, configuration management, or release management experience.
- Grafana or similar telemetry visualization tools.
- BDD with Gherkin, TeamCity, or GitHub Actions.
- Embedded systems, device telemetry, HIL testing, or basic electronics knowledge.
