Senior Golang Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Poland; fully remote

The platform serves mid-market and enterprise businesses worldwide, including high-risk sectors such as iGaming.

What you will do

• Analyze the existing Java-based test automation infrastructure and transform it into Golang.
• Design, develop, and maintain reliable and scalable test infrastructure, frameworks, and engineering tools.
• Migrate, redesign, or replace Java components while maintaining testing stability throughout the transition.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and define the technical approach for the transformation.
• Integrate the new infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and the broader development environment.
• Collaborate with QA, Backend, and DevOps engineers, troubleshoot issues, and document technical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Golang at Senior Engineer level.
• Hands-on experience developing test automation infrastructure, testing frameworks, or internal engineering tools.
• Experience working with Java and existing Java codebases, including backend or infrastructure migrations and redesigns.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, backend systems, and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Russian.
