Automation QA Engineer (Azure)

Location: Warsaw Downtown Office, Poland; hybrid work with up to two days per week from home

What you will do

• Lead testing activities across the full application lifecycle, from development and deployment through upgrades and replacement or termination.
• Write test scenarios and automation code for Data & Analytics applications and support cloud-native solutions on Azure.
• Test frontend, backend, and data layers covering React-based interfaces, Java backend services, Databricks, and SQL environments.
• Ensure software development and architecture follow CI/CD, Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering standards.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and vendors to deliver products that improve performance, efficiency, and business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Test Manager or Automated Test Engineer.
• Experience with Selenium, performance testing, Robot Framework, and Python.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Databricks and SQL, including data testing, validation, and analysis.
• Experience developing test scenarios and strategies for business-critical applications.
• Understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
