Embedded Automated Test & Test System Engineer (Embedded Systems)

Salary: 17,000–60,000 PLN net/month for B2B contracts or 14,000–51,000 PLN gross/month for UoP contracts

What you will do

• Define and create automated test system architectures for embedded products, including access control systems, cameras, sensors, and alarms.
• Evaluate and select technologies for automated test systems and embedded CI infrastructure.
• Build CI systems, configure the required tooling, and develop supporting scripts.
• Define test strategies and develop automated test cases with a cross-functional engineering team.
• Lead development of smoke, performance, and functional test suites.
• Set up test management solutions and highly automated test-result reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience testing hardware devices, embedded systems, or software.
• Experience building CI systems for embedded platforms.
• Experience creating test strategies and designing automated test cases for hardware devices, including HIL testing.
• Proficiency in Python and experience using Linux.
• Knowledge of GitHub.
• Ability to work in Poland; employment visa sponsorship is available.

Nice to have

• Basic electronics knowledge and experience using laboratory equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Knowledge of wireless communication protocols, including NFC, Bluetooth, and UWB.
• Experience with BDD and Gherkin syntax.
• Programming experience in C, C++, or Go, plus Bash scripting.
• Experience with Yocto, TeamCity, or GitHub Actions.
