Solutions Architect (Data & AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy for greenfield accounts across the Nordics.
• Assess customer architectures and provide guidance across data engineering, business domains, and executive stakeholders.
• Advise VP-level and business-unit leaders, driving alignment during complex negotiations.
• Turn technical learnings into reusable architecture patterns and guidance.
• Drive adoption beyond proofs of concept and connect platform usage to measurable business outcomes.
• Mentor junior and professional solutions architects on technical discovery and use-case prioritization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical and client-facing roles.
• Deep expertise in data engineering, data warehousing, and GenAI, with an AI-builder mindset.
• Experience influencing senior executives and aligning stakeholders across competing constraints.
• Architecture experience solving high-complexity challenges across multiple systems, teams, and accounts.
• Ability to identify emerging risks and execute effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills for senior customer interactions.
