Sr Finance Analyst (Manufacturing Finance)

What you will do

• Manage month-end reporting, forecast cycles, annual operating plan activities, and management reporting for assigned business areas.
• Analyse actual performance against forecasts, budgets, and prior periods, providing variance explanations and business insights.
• Develop dashboards, financial models, and performance tracking tools for planning and decision-making.
• Partner with plant leadership, operations, and cross-functional teams on manufacturing performance, productivity, cost absorption, capital expenditure, and improvement initiatives.
• Support inventory valuation, inventory reduction, excess and obsolete inventory analysis, and standard cost reviews.
• Support internal and external audits, internal controls, compliance, and product cost statements for customs and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels while managing multiple priorities.
• Manufacturing or supply chain finance experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent.
