Senior Project Manager (Energy)

Location: Hybrid, Prague or Ostrava, Czech Republic

What you will do

• Manage energy transition projects across heat and power generation, renewable energy, and nuclear energy.
• Coordinate cross-country multidisciplinary project teams covering process, piping, instrumentation, architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
• Manage tenders and prepare project offers.
• Control quality, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and project progress.
• Optimize teamwork, follow internal procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Prepare internal and external project reports.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in energy projects.
• Technical education.
• Fluent English required.
• Planning skills covering scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, Navisworks, and Autodesk TrueView.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
