Account Manager / Project Manager (French Speaking)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid model with work mostly on-site

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients and agency stakeholders.
• Manage localization, transcreation, and creative production projects across markets and channels.
• Coordinate design, language, digital, post-production, and external supplier teams.
• Lead client communications, status meetings, and project planning.
• Deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and according to quality and brand standards.
• Improve processes, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level French and professional English.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or production management.
• Experience in a creative agency, production studio, or localization environment.
• Experience managing international clients and complex, multi-market projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of 3–5 people and understand localization, transcreation, and creative production workflows.
