What you will do
- Lead the Offshore Electrical Module team and manage operations against budget, quality, and schedule requirements.
- Develop electrical engineers and ensure the team’s technical capabilities meet current and future business needs.
- Define, monitor, and report team KPIs while driving continuous improvement.
- Coordinate resources and strategic alignment with peer engineering managers.
- Monitor main component failures, lead technical issue resolution, and escalate major warranty projects when required.
- Support the existing offshore fleet through third-level engineering support and feedback to the Design Authority.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally in wind energy, renewable energy, or heavy industrial sectors.
- 3–5 years of managerial or team lead experience in an engineering environment.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in high-voltage electrical systems, including transformers, generators, and switchgear.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
