Operational Support Manager (Wind Turbines)

Location: Gdańsk, Poland; Spain; United Kingdom; France; Denmark. Remote/flexible work is offered.

What you will do

• Provide 24/7 operational and technical support for wind turbine generator construction projects.
• Support site mobilization across preassembly, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Advise site teams on turbine software, hydraulic systems, equipment interfaces, tower testing, and related systems.
• Investigate technical deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Introduce new processes, standards, and updates while facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions for site teams.
• Coordinate communication between site operations and the central construction organization and participate in Site Acceptance Tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, mechanics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in wind turbine construction, commissioning, or technical support.
• Knowledge of wind turbine systems, construction and commissioning processes, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and analytical methods.
• Experience with project, process, risk, change, and documentation management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and knowledge-transfer skills.
• Ability to participate in rotating shifts or on-call duty for continuous operational support.
