What you will do

• Lead complaint handling processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Identify root causes and implement containment and corrective actions.
• Review and approve 8D reports in collaboration with internal teams.
• Explain technical details and corrective measures to customers.
• Participate in crisis teams and perform risk assessments.
• Support product recalls and companywide quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or physics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar quality role.
• Knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes and discrete device applications.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as 8D reporting, 3x5 Why analysis, and FMEA.
• English: Very good spoken and written proficiency required.
• Confidence in technical customer communication and presentation.
