Implementations Team Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, train, develop, and retain Implementation and Delivery professionals while allocating work and maintaining onboarding quality.
• Sponsor client onboarding projects and contribute hands-on to successful delivery from initiation through completion.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and biannual performance reviews, supporting learning and career development.
• Design, implement, and track metrics covering client satisfaction, time to value, go-live SLA adherence, retention, gross margin, automation improvements, and employee attrition.
• Lead steering committees and client implementation reviews, serving as an escalation point for onboarding issues.
• Coordinate seamless handovers from implementation into steady-state client servicing operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of directly applicable experience in finance or fintech, preferably involving investment accounting or investment operations solutions.
• 2+ years of successful people management, mentoring, or training experience.
• Experience in project delivery or project management with external clients.
• Knowledge of securities and financial markets; experience with derivatives, fixed income, structured products, or alternatives is advantageous.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, and VBA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Sciences, or a related field preferred, with strong documentation, organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
