Global Installation Engineer (Display CVD/PVD)

Location: Chengdu, Hefei, or Xiamen, China; travel required 75% of the time. Relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Provide training and structured quality support for field service operations.
• Perform and document corrective action activities for field quality issues.
• Facilitate local quality reviews and gather solutions to quality problems.
• Prioritize field issues, implement corrective actions, and support nonconformance triage.
• Conduct ISO pre-audits and participate in customer and external audits.
• Apply the 8D problem-solving process and communicate audit results.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in the relevant engineering or quality discipline.
• Working knowledge of quality tools, methods, QMS reviews, and country-specific requirements.
• Ability to perform structured assignments, corrective actions, audits, and 8D activities with limited supervision.
• Ability to analyze straightforward technical problems and explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time and work in China.
