Operation Support (Manufacturing)

Location: Shanghai, China; onsite production role

What you will do

• Assemble, test, and pack products or subassemblies according to quality and quantity standards.
• Complete production line tasks on time according to the monthly build plan.
• Collect, record, and file test results and quality data for product and process control.
• Follow process documentation and ISO requirements to ensure consistent execution.
• Apply strict ESD practices during production operations.
• Report material, tooling, or process problems that may affect production schedules or product quality.

Requirements

• Fundamental product assembly experience and familiarity with production processes.
• Basic quality control knowledge, such as TQM.
• Basic English communication ability.
• Basic PC operation skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and cooperative approach to teamwork.
