Field Applications Engineer (Advanced Electronics)

What you will do

• Promote thermal interface materials, EMI products, absorbers, inductive components, and related solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical support and detailed design solutions for telecom, datacom, automotive, industrial, and other local markets.
• Drive prototypes, tool builds, and initial production builds in line with customer timelines.
• Support customer application issues, perform failure mode analysis, and coordinate internal resources to resolve problems.
• Manage priorities across multiple development programs and communicate customer requirements and market trends to engineering and marketing teams.
• Support sales growth, new business opportunity development, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.

Requirements

• Knowledge or experience with thermal interface materials, EMI products, precision metal, or MCP products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Materials and Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar position, with related design and manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with telecom, datacom, automotive, industrial, or medical applications is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, time-management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Professional communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D modeling, thermal analysis, EMI simulation or testing, and finite element analysis.
• At least 3 years of design experience.
