Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support new product trial production, prototype builds, pilot production, and mass-production introduction.
• Assist engineers with equipment, tooling, fixture, and process validation.
• Install, debug, validate, and optimize assembly fixtures and tooling.
• Track production anomalies, collect data, and support root-cause problem solving.
• Prepare and maintain process documents, including PS/OI, Control Plans, and Process BOMs.
• Support process training, sample preparation, testing, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• College diploma or higher in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, CNC technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing technical role; assembly manufacturing, process engineering, NPI, or equipment experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of assembly processes including pressing, welding, and testing.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other common measurement tools.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, and BOM documentation.
• Basic English reading ability for technical drawings, process documents, and related materials.
