Technical Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid position. Office attendance will be confirmed by the hiring manager.

What you will do

• Lead technical implementations and delivery strategies for hirify.global projects across UK&I clients.
• Provide governance, oversight, progress reporting, project controls, and funding tracking across active engagements.
• Lead deployed hirify.global teams, integrate programme tracks, and source the technical expertise required for delivery.
• Manage client and stakeholder expectations, acting as the first escalation point for active engagements.
• Develop project approaches, technical solutions, and business cases aligned with client and hirify.global objectives.
• Apply hirify.global products, data, and innovation capabilities to identify growth opportunities and create implementation case studies.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical teams through end-to-end product feature delivery.
• Successful project management experience across multiple teams, with hands-on knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong consulting experience with the ability to build trusted client relationships and influence engagement outcomes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including measuring financial impact and demonstrating engagement value.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations.
• High integrity, strong business ethics, and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail banking, payment cards, merchant retail, or technical consulting sales.
• Knowledge of virtual cards, corporate payment solutions, tokenization, issuer processing, APIs, technical integration, and file delivery.
• Ability to write clean SQL and code in Python, C#, or Java using industry-standard libraries and frameworks.
• Experience guiding and influencing technical development teams.
