Senior Growth Marketing Manager

What you will do

• Own and scale paid digital acquisition across key channels, including LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google.
• Manage campaign structure, targeting, optimization, and performance to generate qualified leads and sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute the Account-Based Marketing strategy.
• Manage paid media agencies, freelance specialists, and external partners.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize Marketing Development Funds with global and regional marketing teams and cloud providers.
• Track campaign and ABM performance, develop insights, and align growth initiatives with marketing, sales, and product stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• 5+ years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies.
• Strong B2B digital marketing and ABM experience, especially in paid acquisition.
• Experience launching and optimizing advertising campaigns that convert into sales opportunities and revenue.
• Experience managing annual marketing budgets exceeding $1M.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
