Corporate Account Manager (Institutional Cleaning Solutions)

What you will do

• Drive growth and retention across strategic institutional accounts in Vietnam and Indochina.
• Prospect for new customers, identify decision-makers, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop tailored cleaning, hygiene, facility-care, and equipment solutions, including TASKI products.
• Lead cross-functional commercial teams in proposal development, pricing, approvals, and negotiations.
• Manage client relationships, business reviews, debriefs, customer innovation projects, and service delivery coordination.
• Plan and manage participation in international conferences and support global sales and profit targets.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of B2B sales experience in institutional services, facility management, cleaning solutions, equipment, or a related industry.
• Proven success managing complex client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
• Knowledge of management practices, business analysis, and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and resources remotely in a highly dispersed organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with senior management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, and other functions.
