What you will do

• Lead and develop the Salesforce administration team, setting priorities, operating standards, and capability-development practices.
• Own the health, configuration, roadmap, and lifecycle of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Administer complex Flow automation, permissions, data models, validation rules, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards, portals, and AppExchange packages.
• Oversee Salesforce integrations with Slack and other enterprise platforms, including API monitoring, authentication, alerting, incident response, and problem management.
• Maintain security, identity, access, audit, certificate, licensing, and compliance controls, including SOC 2 and GDPR requirements.
• Manage GitHub-based release governance, version-controlled deployments, testing, documentation, technical debt, data quality, and responsible adoption of Agentforce and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce administration experience in large, multi-team environments with complex production systems.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Proven people leadership, including line management, coaching, prioritization, and development of Salesforce administrators or platform specialists.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce security architecture, access controls, data modeling, Flow, reporting, and environment management.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub-based Salesforce DevOps, release governance, API-led integrations, monitoring, authentication, certificates, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management and solution-design judgment across commercial priorities, user needs, technical constraints, and platform risk.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce/AI certification.
• Experience with Ironclad, Qualtrics, Slack CRM / Sales Elevate, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Experience with Agentforce, Salesforce AI, Claude, Slack APIs, Okta, MuleSoft, Celigo, Boomi, Workato, Zapier, NetSuite, or data platforms.
• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment supporting complex B2B go-to-market and customer-service processes.
