What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering, discovery workshops, and stakeholder engagement for higher education transformation programmes.
• Design, configure, and deliver Salesforce Education Cloud solutions for recruitment, admissions, enrolment, student success, wellbeing, and alumni engagement.
• Define improved processes and future-state operating models with university and education-sector clients.
• Integrate Salesforce with student record systems, learning management systems, identity platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Support data migration, data quality, governance, adoption, and Salesforce DevOps activities.
• Contribute to proposals, demonstrations, reusable delivery assets, client presentations, and the growth of the Salesforce Higher Education practice.

Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce implementation programmes and working with Salesforce Education Cloud.
• Experience with higher education institutions or education-focused transformation programmes, including knowledge of the student lifecycle.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, and manage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience with data migration, integration, change adoption, Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, source control, and deployment tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset.
• Strong communication, consulting, collaboration, and outcome-focused problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Business Analyst, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, AI Associate, Agentforce Specialist, or Platform Developer I certifications.
• Experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Boomi, or similar middleware.
• Experience with higher education platforms such as Tribal SITS, Ellucian Banner, Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, consulting, systems integration, or professional services environments.

Hiring process

• Recruiter call followed by two 60-minute competency or technical interviews.
• Final 60-minute meeting with a PA leader including a mini case study and discussion of client-centricity.
