Tech Lead Global Data & Analytics Platform

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands; 36 or 40 hours per week.

Salary: €7,556–€10,794 gross per month for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Lead multiple teams working on the organisation-wide Global Data & Analytics Platform.
• Align priorities, roadmaps and contributions with the Product Owner and Solution Architect.
• Connect teams, stakeholders and technical leadership across the platform domain.
• Increase team autonomy so teams can deliver value faster and more predictably.
• Initiate and implement process improvements while keeping teams engaged through change.
• Build a strong engineering culture focused on learning, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in comparable leadership roles within complex IT environments.
• Experience managing approximately 30–50 employees, with management scope clearly stated in the CV.
• Knowledge of DevOps teams and scaled agile methods.
• Experience with complex data environments, software development and technology management.
• Experience guiding DevOps teams through organisational or technical transitions and developing autonomous, high-performing teams.
• Affinity with digitalisation and cloud technology, plus business-level English; a decisive and coaching-oriented approach is required.
