What you will do

• Lead the technical development of the SAP FS-PM landscape and its integrations.
• Translate business needs into clear, scalable, and workable technical solutions.
• Guide engineers and promote knowledge sharing within and across multidisciplinary DevOps teams.
• Improve system quality, stability, and performance in both change and run phases.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to align priorities and dependencies.
• Support the transition to a modern API-driven landscape using SAP Gateway and SAP BTP.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP FS-PM within a complex environment.
• Proficiency in ABAP and a strong foundation in solution design.
• Hands-on experience with SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, OData, or BTP.
• Ability to guide engineers and support overall team development.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from The Hague, Netherlands.
