Senior IT/Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, or Łódź, with 2 to 3 days in the office per week

Rate: Up to 130 PLN/h on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements and translate business needs into implementation specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, test engineers, and international stakeholders.
• Perform data mapping, data modeling, solution design, and requirements documentation.
• Design and implement near real-time data pipelines and scalable data products.
• Analyze complex distributed datasets using quantitative and statistical methods, explain implications, and recommend solutions.
• Contribute to application architecture, maintainability, quality improvement, and AI adoption.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience designing data-intensive solutions.
• Hands-on experience in the banking sector.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation and functional and non-functional specifications.
• Strong SQL skills, including MSSQL and Snowflake, plus hands-on experience with dbt.
• Experience with AI technologies, including Copilot, LLMs, and agentic solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required, with experience working in international, multicultural environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Domain-Driven Design, event-sourcing, microservices, and clean code principles.
• Experience with scalable data products and enabling users to become more data-driven.
