Legal Counsel (Energy)

What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, product order forms, and supplier, customer, and technology agreements.
• Identify legal risks early and provide practical, business-focused solutions.
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into product guidance and launch-ready specifications.
• Advise Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product on day-to-day commercial and regulatory matters.
• Support UK and cross-border compliance, filings, regulatory submissions, policies, registers, and training.
• Build templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and automated legal workflows.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in Spain or an equivalent common law jurisdiction.
• Fluent Spanish and strong professional English, written and spoken.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally combining law-firm and in-house work.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in renewable energy, decentralisation, and technology-driven change.
