Hello! We’re currently looking for a Senior Litigation Counsel to join the legal team of our client, a FinTech company with a fully compliant business model.

✅ Key Requirements:
* 7+ years of litigation / dispute resolution experience in a law firm or in-house (IT / fintech)
* Law degree and active admission to practice
* Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken
* Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules
* Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills
* Experience with e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion and LLMs
* Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice to have: strong knowledge of UK Common Law (UK Law Solicitor qualification is an advantage, or willingness to obtain it), commercial litigation, ADR experience; flexibility for extended hours and willingness to travel.
🎯 Key responsibilities:
* Lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK, etc.)
* Handle cases end-to-end: legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and coordination with local counsel
* Develop litigation strategies, prepare legal memoranda, and maintain case documentation and knowledge bases
