TL;DR
Insurance Legal Counsel M/F (Insurance Law): Ensuring legal monitoring and compliance for pet health insurance activities with an accent on contract drafting, regulatory analysis, and operational legal guidance. Focus on tracking national and European regulations, developing compliance processes, and preparing legal documents for clients, suppliers, and partners.
Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with home office possible 2–3 days per week. Travel to the headquarters in Lyon is expected approximately four times per year.

What you will do
- Monitor national, European, and occasionally international regulations and relevant case law.
- Draft contracts for clients, suppliers, and private partners.
- Prepare legal information notes and recommendations for operational teams.
- Draft operational documents, including tender responses and general terms and conditions.
- Develop compliance processes and provide legal monitoring related to insurance activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law.
- At least 3 years of experience as Legal Counsel or Lawyer in contract or insurance law.
- Experience working in an international context.
- Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.
Nice to have
- Specialization in insurance law.
- French language skills.
