Legal Counsel (Renewable Energy)

Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland — hybrid. The role supports the London team and cross-border operations.

What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, product order forms, and supplier, customer, and technology agreements.
• Identify legal risks early and provide practical, business-focused solutions.
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into guidance and specifications for new products.
• Advise Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product on day-to-day commercial and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate UK and cross-border compliance, filings, regulatory submissions, policies, registers, and training.
• Develop templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and automated workflows for scalable legal operations.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in Ireland or an equivalent common law jurisdiction.
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience combining law firm and in-house work is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in renewable energy, decentralisation, and technology-driven change.
