EMEA Staff Strategic Sourcing Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies across Marketing, Services, and Technology, including Media, Creative, Social, Influencer Marketing, and Public Relations.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including demand assessment, market analysis, RFPs, RFQs, supplier selection, and governance.
• Manage complex negotiations and develop MSAs and SOWs with Legal, Finance, Data Security, and other stakeholders.
• Build strategic supplier relationship management models using business reviews, scorecards, and continuous improvement programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify cost optimization, risk mitigation, operational improvement, and business transformation opportunities.
• Design and deploy AI-powered automation for RFx generation, supplier evaluation, contract analysis, spend reporting, and other sourcing workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of strategic sourcing and category management experience, including 5+ years of hands-on sourcing across multiple categories.
• Experience owning enterprise-critical initiatives with executive visibility and independently leading cross-functional programs.
• Expertise in spend analytics, cost modeling, should-cost analysis, source-to-pay platforms such as Coupa, and the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Hands-on professional experience with generative AI, specifically Claude, for contract review, RFP synthesis, commercial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience building or directing AI-assisted workflows and automation for RFx development, supplier scoring, contract redlining, or spend analysis.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with agentic and integration-based AI workflows connecting tools such as Slack, Google Drive, and Coupa.
