Procurement Manager (Fintech)

Base salary: £60,800–£91,200 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across IT, Marketing, and general procurement categories.
• Lead spend analysis, market research, competitive sourcing events, tendering, and supplier selection.
• Negotiate pricing, service levels, contract terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
• Manage contract renewals and partner with Legal on contracts, amendments, and compliance.
• Own the supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, risk management, business reviews, and offboarding.
• Report on savings, workload performance, supplier risk, and compliance to procurement leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement lifecycle experience, ideally covering IT and Marketing categories.
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing events and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of software licensing, cloud and SaaS, hardware, telecom, agencies, media, digital, or production procurement.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, analytical, spend analysis, market research, and savings-tracking skills.
• Understanding of contract law fundamentals, SLAs, KPIs, liability, intellectual property, and data protection clauses.
• Experience with procurement or e-sourcing systems such as Coupa, Netsuite, Omnea, or Zip, plus Microsoft Excel.
