What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across IT, technology, and business service categories.
• Manage a portfolio of third-party suppliers, including technology, software, and service providers.
• Drive supplier performance, governance, and service delivery to ensure operational resilience.
• Deliver cost efficiencies, savings, and overall commercial value to the business.
• Partner with and challenge stakeholders to achieve optimal commercial and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong procurement and sourcing experience specifically within IT and technology categories.
• Experience operating within a regulated Financial Services environment.
• Deep understanding of third-party risk management, supplier governance, and data protection.
• Proven expertise in negotiating technology, software, cloud, and managed service agreements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
