Agent/Lead Agent - Order Management, Container Freight Station (CFS) Operations

Location: hirify.global office in a warehouse at No. 9, DT 743 Street, Dong Hoa Ward (Binh Duong), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Monitor and coordinate daily inbound and outbound CFS activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and loading.
• Act as the operational liaison between the Order Management team and the 3PL warehouse.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve short-ship, over-ship, mis-ship, and other operational exceptions.
• Track warehouse, vendor, carrier, and 3PL performance through KPI validation, audits, spot checks, and exception reporting.
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, CTPAT standards, customs regulations, cargo-handling requirements, and security protocols.
• Lead process improvement activities, CAPA management, service provider reviews, customer visits, and audit preparation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Order Management operations.
• Good English communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic communication skills and emotional intelligence to represent the company professionally.
• Ability to train and coordinate CFS service providers and support warehouse operations.
