Customer Solutions Architect (Test & Measurement)

Location: Hybrid in Krakow, Poland

Company

Develops test, vision inspection, precision assembly, and automated solutions for product quality, manufacturing, and lifecycle management across aerospace, automotive, electronics, defense, energy, industrial, medical, semiconductor, telecom, and transportation sectors.

What you will do

• Design system architectures, applications, and technical solutions aligned with customer requirements and business strategy.
• Analyze customer needs and develop technical concepts for new projects.
• Work with Sales to define value propositions, sales strategies, and technical and commercial proposals.
• Present solutions to customers and participate in project planning, customer meetings, and technical risk assessments.
• Collaborate with automation, electronics, software, mechanical engineering, production, quality, procurement, suppliers, and project teams.
• Support technology decisions and ensure complete, high-quality documentation.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in mechatronics, automation and robotics, control engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in systems engineering, automation, electronics, mechanical engineering, software, or another technical position.
• Strong knowledge of mechatronic system design, systems architecture, product development processes, and motion systems.
• Ability to use specialized engineering and systems architecture modeling tools.
• Very good written and spoken English is required.
• Knowledge of relevant industrial sectors, strong communication skills, and commercial ability in customer relationships.
