Finance Analyst, Photonics Platforms Business (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage and report on Opex, Capex, and spending for the Singapore Photonics Platforms Business operations.
• Lead in-quarter spending and budget management, including forecasting, variance analysis, and identification of risks and opportunities.
• Maintain standard costs, analyze costing variances, conduct inventory counts, and improve inventory control processes.
• Track grant submissions and claims and support quarterly grant reviews and reporting.
• Consolidate P&L forecasts and reporting across Opex, inventory, and capital finance inputs.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and process improvements that improve financial visibility and support executive reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, business or operations finance, portfolio finance, investment analysis, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with standard costs, inventory, Opex, and Capex management.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience partnering with multiple functions and managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
