What you will do
- Partner with department heads and business stakeholders to identify workflow pain points and design AI solutions using Google Gemini and Claude Enterprise.
- Build reusable AI skills, prompt templates, custom instructions, AI agents, and automated workflows for finance, compliance, operations, customer support, and engineering.
- Integrate enterprise AI capabilities with internal systems through REST APIs and MCP servers.
- Coach developers on Claude Code, prompt patterns, and AI-assisted development practices.
- Deliver AI training sessions, workshops, and onboarding materials while tracking adoption and productivity metrics.
- Own the AI enablement roadmap, evaluate new tools, run proof-of-concept pilots, and report progress to leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role focused on AI/ML tooling or enterprise enablement.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Enterprise or the Anthropic API, including system prompts, tool use, and multi-turn conversations.
- Practical knowledge of Google Gemini for Workspace and the ability to guide business users.
- Programming proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript, with experience building integrations, automation scripts, or AI agent workflows.
- Experience with REST APIs, stakeholder discovery, AI training, technical documentation, and cross-functional communication.
- Strong English communication skills are required; Chinese is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with MCP servers, vector databases, embeddings, or RAG pipelines.
- Knowledge of information security, data governance, and regulated fintech or cryptocurrency environments.
- Background in change management, adoption programmes, or AI adoption KPI reporting.
- Familiarity with fintech or cryptocurrency workflows and internal knowledge bases or developer documentation.
