What you will do

• Architect and implement AI agents and workflows for automated decision-making.
• Build and optimize large-scale machine learning pipelines for personalization.
• Design and operate scalable, cloud-native backend architectures using managed services.
• Define and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and automated deployments.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to engineering team members.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to improve system observability and operational standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional software development.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
• Strong understanding of web services, Linux environments, and network API design.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Proactive mindset with interest in the MarTech domain.
• Ability to work onsite in Taipei.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Helm.
• Expertise in LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, or multi-agent systems.
• Deep understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and distributed system design.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting stacks such as Prometheus and Grafana.
