Senior AI Security Engineer

What you will do

• Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning, and IaC scanning.
• Establish SSDLC practices covering secure design, threat modeling, deployment, and runtime security.
• Develop Policy as Code solutions and standardize security requirements and threat modeling.
• Conduct pre-production security assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Implement security controls for IaC and cloud-native environments, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and deployment checklists.
• Assess AI-related risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, model supply-chain threats, and insecure AI-agent or AI-assisted development workflows.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or software development.
• Strong understanding of SSDLC and modern application security practices.
• Hands-on experience with software product engineering, deployment, and system integration.
• Practical experience using AI automation or AI agents for security operations, code review, or workflow automation.
• Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, diagnose issues, and drive resolution.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering and business teams.

Nice to have

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SSCP, CSSLP, CC, CISM, or CEH.
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOC operations, threat hunting, or red-blue team exercises.
• Experience building SSDLC processes and securing AI/ML pipelines.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, MITRE ATLAS, or NIST AI RMF.
