What you will do

• Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with automated security controls like SAST, DAST, and IaC scanning.
• Drive the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) from threat modeling to deployment.
• Implement Policy as Code solutions for automated compliance and governance.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on pre-production environments.
• Mitigate AI-specific risks including prompt injection, data leakage, and model supply chain vulnerabilities.
• Partner with engineering teams to govern the secure adoption of AI-powered development tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or software development.
• Solid understanding of SSDLC and modern application security practices.
• Hands-on experience in software engineering, deployment, and system integration.
• Practical experience leveraging AI automation or AI agents in security operations or code review.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to stay current with the evolving AI and security landscape.

Nice to have

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CSSLP.
• Experience with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks like OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications or MITRE ATLAS.
• Blue team or red-blue team exercise experience.
