Data and Systems Specialist (Total Mobile)

Location: Based in or around London, with regular travel to offices and operational sites across London and the surrounding counties

What you will do

• Support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and daily use of Total Mobile across the Social Infrastructure business.
• Investigate system queries, coordinate resolutions with internal teams and the supplier, and track development requests through to completion.
• Develop workflows, forms, templates, permissions, process maps, user guidance, and training materials.
• Transfer and validate data, maintain accurate property, resident, order, appointment, and programme records, and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, workflow releases, super-user support, and practical improvements with operational and Customer Experience teams.
• Validate dashboards and reports and work with reporting and technical teams on Power BI dashboards and system integrations.

Requirements

• Experience administering or configuring Total Mobile and supporting, administering, or implementing an operational or work management system.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel proficiency and confidence working with datasets.
• Experience checking data quality, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, communication, and ownership skills.
• Ability to translate operational processes into system requirements and explain technical information to users with different levels of knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the surrounding counties.

Nice to have

• Experience in social housing, planned works, construction, property services, resident liaison, or operational delivery.
• Experience with system migrations, user acceptance testing, and change management.
• Experience using Power BI or SQL for reporting and data analysis.
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and XML or JSON data formats.
