Application Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Office-based in Edinburgh or Windsor, UK. Regular travel to customer sites may be required, with projects involving up to five days away from home each week.

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global products using the customer engagement methodology.
• Analyze customer processes, assess solution fit, and advise on standard product implementation.
• Guide customers on maximizing value while minimizing customer-specific work.
• Deliver customer training, workshops, and presentations, including for clinicians.
• Prepare functional documentation and map business processes.
• Stay current with product releases and healthcare AI developments.

Requirements

• Experience implementing software solutions and working directly with customers.
• Strong communication and consultative skills, including the ability to articulate ideas and deliver clear messaging.
• Experience conducting customer training, workshops, or presentations.
• Experience contributing to multidisciplinary teams and writing functional documents.
• Knowledge of information systems and business process mapping.
• University degree or equivalent work experience; a laboratory background is desirable.

Nice to have

• Awareness of AI concepts and their use in healthcare information systems, clinical workflows, and laboratory environments.
• Interest in applying new healthcare AI knowledge to product implementation and customer guidance.
