Business Systems Analyst (Oracle ERP)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Translate supply chain and distribution process inefficiencies into Oracle ERP solutions.
• Map end-to-end processes, identify gaps and automation opportunities, and create functional specifications, BRDs, and process flow diagrams.
• Design, configure, implement, and enhance Oracle ERP solutions for Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Supply Chain modules.
• Deploy, test, and validate EDI solutions with customers and third-party logistics warehouses.
• Integrate Oracle ERP with third-party applications such as NuOrder and other digital tools.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex problems, optimize performance, and maintain system documentation.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent technical experience in IT business systems analysis.
• Progressive experience delivering IT solutions in Supply Chain, including Order Management, Warehousing, Procurement, and Planning.
• Experience integrating Oracle ERP or other ERP platforms such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics with enterprise systems.
• Experience with Available to Promise, Item Master/MDM, PIM, B2B, and DTC environments.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or OBIEE.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Basic knowledge of Financial modules including AP, AR, and GL.
• Project management capabilities for small- to mid-sized projects.
