Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: United Kingdom; hybrid, with at least 3 days per week in the UK office

What you will do

• Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
• Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, foreign exchange, support automation, KYC, and risk.
• Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clear user experiences and reliable backend logic.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch and improve features.
• Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual work and help operations scale.
• Monitor, debug, learn from, and improve products after release.

Requirements

• Strong fullstack engineering experience with real shipped products.
• Experience across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
• Frontend experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or a similar modern stack.
• Strong backend fundamentals in APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
• Strong product sense and the ability to simplify complex workflows and work effectively with ambiguity.
• Strong English communication is required; English is the main working language.
