Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid or remote across Europe (Hubs in Berlin, Tallinn, London).

What you will do

• Take operational problems from concept to production using React/TypeScript and Go.
• Own interface security, including per-client isolated environments and Auth0 integrations.
• Develop agentic operations and expose them over MCP with strict audit trails.
• Push AI tooling to its limits to maximize software delivery quality and speed.
• Collaborate in weekly cycles to prioritize high-frequency shipping and impact.

Requirements

• Solid backend experience in Go, Java, or Kotlin.
• Practical experience building modern client-facing interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Strong focus on quality, extensibility, and automated testing.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and end-to-end ownership of CI/CD and containers.
• Real-world experience using AI tools to drive engineering workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment products or the fintech domain.
• Background in building operational or back-office tooling.
• Familiarity with identity platforms like Auth0 or multi-tenant isolation.
• Experience operating services in decoupled, event-driven systems with modern observability.
