Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in China

hirify.global builds digital financial and insurance products, including an AI-powered neobank and an online insurance platform serving Southeast Asia.

What you will do

• Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
• Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, foreign exchange, support automation, KYC, and risk.
• Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean user experiences and reliable backend logic.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch and improve products.
• Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual work and support operations at scale.
• Monitor, debug, learn from, and improve products after release.

Requirements

• Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
• Experience across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
• Frontend experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or a similar modern stack.
• Strong backend fundamentals in APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
• Strong product sense and the ability to simplify complex workflows and work through ambiguity.
• Strong English communication is required, and candidates must already be based in China.

• Personal experience building, shipping, or scaling a serious product, platform, or system.
