Spring 2027 Compliance Learning Co-Op (January-June)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid remote/onsite work environment

Hourly pay rate: $21.00–$25.00

What you will do

• Write, review, and edit copy for internal intranet content, emails, presentations, training materials, and Compliance DEI Community Conversations.
• Work with Compliance and Marketing teams to summarize and highlight key policies and initiatives.
• Help develop engaging content for the global Compliance Education program.
• Maintain and organize records with managers to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct research and gather additional information as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree through a college or university co-op program.
• Communications-related field of study.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong Microsoft skills, attention to detail, process orientation, creativity, and critical-thinking skills.
• Availability for a six-month commitment from January 13 through June 25, 2027, working Monday through Friday for 35–40 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Marketing, Business, or Finance major.
• Experience or interest in using approved AI tools to improve work products.
