Training & Development Manager - Content Developer (Instructional Design)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in the office.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and modularize onboarding and continuous learning content.
• Build interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 Rise.
• Administer the LMS, including users, course assignments, permissions, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and collaborate with subject matter experts.
• Create SOPs and process documentation with Scribe and integrate them into training materials.
• Produce and edit scalable training videos using Synthesia and Adobe Premiere.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of instructional design and content development experience.
• Experience developing and modularizing onboarding and continuous learning content.
• Required experience with Articulate 360 Rise, Synthesia, and Adobe Premiere.
• Experience with LMS administration, facilitation, SOP documentation, and SharePoint content management.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, project management, communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting sales training or onboarding programs.
• Familiarity with Absorb LMS.
• Experience with Camtasia, Adobe After Effects, or other video and content creation tools.
